Kerry Rickelman, LAT, ATC, LMT, has lived in the Austin, Texas area since 2004 and brings decades of experience in sports therapy and manual therapy. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from California State University, Long Beach in 1996 and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007.

He has extensive experience working with athletes and active individuals across high school, collegiate, and professional levels, supporting injury recovery, improving movement efficiency, and enhancing long-term performance.

Kerry’s approach emphasizes the use of myofascial release to address tissue restrictions, reduce pain, and support consistent client progression. He incorporates dry needling and Graston techniques to target dysfunctional tissue, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery. He is also certified in Kinesio® Taping, which he uses to support movement patterns, aid recovery, and reinforce treatment outcomes. His work focuses on identifying and correcting underlying movement limitations rather than simply addressing symptoms.

The post Kerry Rickelman first appeared on Muscle Mechanics Therapy.

Lucas specializes in myofascial release to help with improving range of motion and addressing both short- and long-term muscle pain. Since beginning my practice in August of 2020, I’ve worked with clients of all activity levels to help relieve discomfort, restore movement, and support overall physical performance.

My approach focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. I incorporate myofascial release alongside cupping and Graston techniques to reduce tissue restrictions, improve mobility, and promote more efficient movement. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.

What I enjoy most about my work is seeing clients make drastic improvements—moving better, feeling stronger, and returning to the activities they love with confidence. My goal is to provide results-driven bodywork that supports recovery, performance, and long-term mobility.

The post Lucas Rickelman first appeared on Muscle Mechanics Therapy.
